No. The Battle at Har-Megiddo (a.k.a. Armageddon) will occur at the very end of the Tribulation, at the same time that Jesus Christ returns to earth (Rev. 19 and 20). It really isn't much of a battle at all, since there're no fighting. Jesus strikes down the ungodly with his words.
The Third Temple will be rebuilt near the beginning of the Tribulation. (Daniel 9:26-27).

The temple has been rebuilt a number of times.
I think you're confusing it with the prophecy in Revelation of the New Jerusalem. But that's when God brings us a temple from heaven. Then we all climb in and live happily ever after.
