I LOVE THEM! YUMMY!

Puff Pastry is a deliciously light, flaky pastry made from dozens of layers of specially prepared pastry dough. This painstaking process yields a pastry made of dozens of layers. The pastry "puffs" when baked causing the layers to separate. Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry is ready to bake, so you can skip the work and still enjoy perfectly made golden, flaky pastry.

I agree with the above suggestions. There is a cream puff which is a pastry stuffed with sweet cream, it is good but too sweet for me.

When you said puff I thought of a pizza puff. A flakier crust with pizza filling inside. Yum!

the puffs I know are little round pastries filled with whipped cream or pudding and served with ice cream, tea, or just plain. They are usually called cream puffs.

I LOVE them (but they can be fattening if eaten in large numbers :)

I've tried them, and they're a kind of small doughnut-like fried sweet snack. Very more-ish, and delicious.
