That's a myth. You can increase height by proper diet though.

as far as I know you can't,whatever you try do not try lifting weights as lifting them put prussure on the cartalage between your bones and that has a impact that makes you shorter,if anything try stretching a lot while you are in bed,I think that's why I ended up being the tallest in the family, but I used to do that before tennage years and throught teenage years. Not to make myself taller but that looks like what it done.
When you get to your full height I think over your life span you get up to 2 inches shorter and that is from the cartalage breaking down, this can be also caused by to much running, stairwalking, and the list goes on.
Sorry if this is of no help.

Exercise will not increase your height because that is not determined by muscle, it is determined by bone growth.
The most you can do is get one of those devices that you strap your feet in and hang upside down for prolong periods. This 'may' add an inch or so as it stretches the membrane and distance between your vertebrae and can increase your height as a result.

You can't increase height at all, but in dressing you can make yourself appear taller. By wearing heels no matter what, just make sure they are the right heels for the right dress, skirt or pant you are wearing. wear dark jeans with bright tops, (this draws the eyes upwards to make you appear taller) long straight legged pants with the crease down the middle and shoes that have the point on them to make you legs look longer with the long straight line. good luck

There is NO exercise, NO pills, NO device that will make you taller.
I can't believe how many people ask this same question all day, every day. Don't you think that if there really WAS something that worked that everyone would know about it and there would be no short people in the world???

Hang from tree branches...
Just kidding--you can't increase your height. If you are young eating a healthy diet and avoiding caffeine will help, but short of that (ha ha ha) you just have to accept your genes for what they are.
