You need to reinforce the fact that you are in command. That you are the alpha dog. When you little
Yorkie does go to the bathroom outside give her
a lot of praise. When she does it in the house tell
her bad dog. Keep your dog outside until she has no choice but to pee. Sounds like she is trying to establish who is in charge. Be firm but loving.
Love trains better than anger. A small swat on the
rear end and a firm, "bad dog!" will get the point across. Please don't beat her. Maybe some training
classes might help.

Do you take her outside after she has had an accident? There is no point in doing that - she doesn't need to eliminate any more. Since this is just happening at night, you know when you need to watch her. Don't let her out of your sight. If she shows signs of needing to go (trying to wander away, sniffing the floor intensely, circling, etc.). When you take her out, keep her on leash. If she doesn't eliminate within ten minutes, bring her in and keep her on leash. Take her out again in 15 minutes or when it looks like she is about to eliminate, whichever comes first. Praise her when she does go outside.

She doesn't come to you when you call her while outside because she has not been properly reinforced for doing so. When you call her, make her comply. Keep her on a 30-foot leash if you need to, but make her come to you. Or, go to her and lure her back to where you called her from using a toy or treat. When she comes to you, give her lots of praise, some treats, pet her, etc. Call her to you a few times when she is outside then let her go back to sniffing and running around. She has learned at this point that coming to you means she goes inside and her fun ends. Ignoring you means she gets to stay outside longer.

you should use a crate for her at night. I had to crate train my Yorkie who is now 11 months. Though Yorke's are known for there accidents in the house. it is said that you can not totally train a Yorkie. though mine does have poop accidents only occasionally now he is almost 100% trained. But at night put her in it with a blanket no water maybe a toy. and ignore her. Then in the morning take her out. i know it seems kinda mean but it works it really does. hope all goes well.
