Well you must have some trust issue from you past. unless you deal with it I don;t think you can trust anyone. it's a tough way to live your life. you need to make that change. slowly but surely. give it time. think of why you are not able to open yourself up? is it because you feel you will get hurt? what is it? there has got to be a reason!
email me if you want ..i';ll try to help you..

You overcome any fear by facing it. First off though you need to figure out why you are afriad of intimacy. Like did you get close to someone and get screwed over? After you understand why you are afraid you can work on dealing with this issue.

Is there something you are hiding that you fear will be found out if somebody get close to you? Or maybe you just need to be comfortable with your self first before you can get close to anybody else. If this is the case try some meditation or ways to build your inner confidence.

I have a fear of letting people in too deep. People will always know me and know me well. But when it comes to intimacy like with my husband I am petrified to let him in. I think its the fear of getting hurt.
