my weight is increased by 3 kgs before it was 48kg & now its 51kg i want to become slip, i want to decrease atleast 7kgs

Eat little or no fat and sugar. Limit to 1000 cals a day, exercise, drink lots of water, eat at least a deck of cards worth of protein a day and take a vitamin. Get plenty of rest and stay humorous. Laugh. Be happy. Change some habits. Buy a treadmill or a dog Walk at least 30 minutes a day. Do some weight training. Join a club. Have a dieting buddy to compare notes and make it a game or contest. Park way away from the front door so youll have to walk. Take the stairs. Buy an exercise video. Have sex with your spouse more often.

- eat 3 proper meals a day (dinner should be lighest, and should eat at least 2hrs before sleep to enable proper digestion)

- stay away from highly processed foods, and whenever possible, eat home cooked meals

- no fried foods of any kind

- do something to reduce stress (cortisone - stress hormone - is known to inhibit calorie burning). e.g. physical exercise, yoga

- use every opportunity to walk more

- relax, and laugh more :)

Excerise and eat normally, If you dont eat normally then your body will absorb more of the food. So, dont go on a diet. Unless it's like eating salad everyday. Work out too.

do yoga early morning for 15 minutes then 20 minutes you will lose weight very fast

Just get yourself a boyfriend who is nuts and love to shout and scream and make your life misrable and you will lose weight like anything.

See your doctor. Excercise and eating proper seem to be the only way to stay fit.

drink alot of water, eat good breakfast, light lunch and light dinner.. avoid all colorful fruits, sugar tend to become starch then turns to fat. avoid rice, bread. vegetables would be good. no, potatoes.. and exercises, best is to run.
