Because they want to be known as the nice person that everyone can count on no matter what. I was like that but now I am getting better about telling people that I can't or just plain don't want to. I still have a hard time.

I have a hard time saying no. It's just because I don't like to let other people down. I know what it's like to feel let down, why would I want someone else to feel like that?
I am not weak minded whatsoever.
