In Genesis 9:3 " 3 Everything that lives and moves will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything."
Then in Leviticus 11 the entire chapter lists animals good and forbidden as food.
Then in the NewTestament, Romans 14:20,21,
"20Don't tear apart the work of God over what you eat. Remember, there is nothing wrong with these things in themselves. But it is wrong to eat anything if it makes another person stumble. 21Don't eat meat or drink wine or do anything else if it might cause another Christian to stumble"
So, according Genesis and the New Testament, eat what you want. It's all good.

Leviticus 11:4 Nevertheless these shall ye not eat of them that chew the cud, or of them that divide the hoof: [as] the camel, because he cheweth the cud, but divideth not the hoof; he [is] unclean unto you.
