Watch your dog; as long as she's fine leave well enough alone. The most important part of your're relationship with your pet is observation and care. Keep the number of your local vet handy. And don't forget US!

Well if it is a dog that has long hair they dont need to wear a sweater but if it is a short haired dog then it is a good idea to make it wear a sweater. I think it is ok for the dog to wear a sweater all the time but like at the end of the week wash it. I know we had a yorkie and he wore a sweater all the time and he liked it.
Good Luck :)

I can't see anything wrong with letting your little dog sleep in bed with you. At my moms, I used to wake up every morning with two cats and a dog in bed with me. It always put me in a good mood first thing in the morning waking up with those goofs! Just make sure that you bath your dog regularily so she's nice and clean.
As for the sweater, depends on what kind of dog she is. If she's a Shitz Zu or something else with longer hair, you may want to limit the time she wears the sweater. It's not necessary, and it'll only end up matting her hair. But if she's a little Chihauhua or something, I can't see it being a problem unless she really hates it. I'd still take it off at night though, it might be uncomfortable to sleep in and If she's in bed with you, she should be warm enough.

At the foot of you bed is fine I have a teacup Chihuahua and my vet said during the winter wearing a sweater is better for her because small dogs will catch a cold faster.

I wouldn't let my dog wear her sweater all the time. only when she goes out & if the house is extremly cold. My Lucy (terrior & poodle mix) sleeps with me. She even sleeps under the blanket with my husband & I. She is always shaking like she's cold, she like to sleep under a heavy blanket when the weather is in the 90's +. Good Luck, Becky

She probably doesn't need the sweater all the time. Sleeping at the foot of the bed isn't a problem so long as you do not mind. I have 57lbs dog who sleeps at my feet... and I do not mind. So it isn't a problem.

there is not any sparkling solutions. A dogs napping on the mattress with you is fantastic for many canines and the majority. dogs running shoes and behaviorist will specially circumstances advise that this custom be prevented if there are particular behavioral problems like guarding occurring with the dogs.

I think it is great that you sleep with your pets, that is true love and i dont believe it could hurt them at all. my little dashunds sleep with me everynite. they are very happy.good luck, your dogs are lucky. cook my dogs also wear clothes and sweatsuits in the winter. It never hurt them, my vet says my dogs are the most spoiled they have ever seen. have a great day and love that dog, bed and sweater, they will let you know if they are too warm.
