are women in their 30's. I had this blind date (set up by my daughter) now this woman is calling all the time. Don't get me wrong, she is very nice looking, I'm just not ready for a relationship and have made this very clear to her...so my question, what is the magic word to just have her cool down?

If you're not interested in her then definitely don't have sex with her!! Sex changes women's perspective of the relationship so if you don't want her, don't bang her!!

I am 32 and have been dating a 36 yo guy. He is CRAZY about having children and I am currently looking for the word to cool him down either.
The other day we were talking about driving licenses and I told him my sister is a bad driver and just got her license cause she was 8 months pregnant so they must have felt some sympathy for her. Guess what he replied: "Oh dont worry I wont let you drive when you pregnant" :-O Now I am starting to feel worried he will start piercing the condoms. Some people have this biological bomb ready to explode. I wish I knew how to cool them down. They are ready to settle down and have kids. That is it. They cant think about nothing else.

I'm just not that into you. haha, she just wants you to spell it out for her. buy her the book. its weird but women honestly don't believe you when you say "i am just not ready for a relationship" = maybe he will change his mind.
BE MORE CLEAR "I am not interested in a relationship with you"
I know it sounds mean, but will save her A LOT of grief in the long run.
(not to get in your business but if you have had an intimate relationship with her, it may be even more difficult. if you are STILL having an intimate relationship with her STOP! that would be sending the wrong signals)

There are no magic words. Simply be honest with her, and if that doesn't do the trick, then she's not the person for you, and just tell her that you're really not interested in moving forward with her. (unless, of course, you slept with her and then you're just mean)

Tell her you've hit some hard times and need to borrow money from her. She'll say "I'll have to think about it", now you're the aggresser and say "well I don't have that much time" She'll back down
