well you can go for the out right approach remember its the 21st century and girls can ask guys out(I wish someone would ask me). he might be shy and notice you already but doesnt know how you fell so just do it. and then youll know. dont go the low cut outfit approach eitheir it doesnt work on some guys and might turn them away.

Appearance is the first thing to do. If you dress and look to catch the eye then you will. Guys like the way a girl carries herself and how she looks because then he will want to explore to see what makes her tick

don't look at the guys at all...They will notice you....be lil bit cocky in the first place but dont stay like that if someone approaches you.
