at the same time, he's talking with his female friend on the phone. 80% of the time he's talking to the girl, when question, he said he's looking at you!! what does that mean?? i feel ignored.... but he keep saying he's there...

Just tell him you are not comfortable to talk to him when he is talking to someone else. He does it because he can. If he cannot accept that - you really have no bf. Sorry, but its true. If he cannot respect you, then he surely cannot love you.
On the other hand if you want to be naughty, why not you do the same and see if he likes it.

He is giving you a courtesy response. I have heard and seen this many times. Try ignoring him for a few minutes and tell him your chatting with this new guy on line and he seems interesting but that your there and just hang on

Well time to fight fire with fire. See how he likes it when U talk to another guy when u chatting and webcamming with him. Go call ur other male frens or get them to call u.
Then if he get piss off, all u need to tell him. Dun do to others wat u dun want others to do to u. And if he still mad at you. Well its time to reconsider your relationship with him. If possible update me if u decided to follow my advice. Gd luck =)
