I suspect you mean rapper, not raper. There are thousands of young people going around memorizing the words to rap "songs" and repeating them over and over; I hear them sometimes, and wonder why they put so much energy into it. Anyway, any one of these would record your album. Just go to the local youth club and ask, "Who's good at rapping?" Then audition them and see how long it takes them to memorize the words to your poem.
By the way, the reason I put "songs" in quote marks is that I consider rap to be poetry, not songs. They are done to a background music, but the rapper recites, he does not sing.

First of all, you should advertise that you need a RAPPER, not a RAPER. Two totally different meanings there.

"Poetry" is a term I also ascribe to c"rap", but only very loosely. The truth is, if the favorite buzz words "n*gga" and "mutha***ka" and "gangsta" were not a part of today's lexicon most lyrics would be one syllable adjectives, adverbs and prepositions, leaving not much else to say.
Of course this doesn't apply to the genre as a whole but the percentage that falls within this paradigm is excessive.
