A person only controls you so long as you let them. In your case it sounds like a battle of wills. You have to simply make up your mind to win the battle. You have to determine what actions you can take to move on with your life and away from your ex. You don't have to talk to an ex, you don't have to answer their phone calls, you don't have to read their emails, and you don't have to interact with them. It is your choice to deny them access to your life and you need to just do it if your going to win the battle of wills.

It's never easy to get over an old boyfriend, but it eventually happens. Try spending more time with some other friends or with your family. Pick up on some new hobbies, like scrapbooking, volunteering, a new sport, or an after school class. A new hobby will keep you busy so that you won't think about this guy constantly. Soon enough, when you do think about him, you won't have feelings for him anymore.

Try to see, talk too or at least phone your true friends! There must be someone you know that you appreciate and didn't like that guy to start with. Having fun with other people will help you think about something else then him and build your confidence to tell him to go away! If you don't have available good friends then try some new activities outside!

Get busy, find something to do where you don't have time to take his calls or to sit around and think about him. There are some wonderful organizations out there that you could volunteer for and fill up your extra time, plus you will be doing a great service in your community, having fun and meeting new people. My favorite organization is Habitat for Humanity, but there are many many more out there.

Just end all contact with him. Tell him to stop calling you; if he doesn't, block his number or have your number changed.
He controls you only if you allow him to. You already know he's not good for you. Keep in mind that a lot of men try to keep control over women to make sure they still can. He's not calling because he cares, he's not telling you he loves you because he does: He's pushing your buttons to make sure he can still get a reaction out of you, which shows he doesn't love or respect you.
Just end your contact with him.

you have to move on you can do bad by yourself The way for me to get over a man is to go out and have some fun not to get in another relationship right away cause you need time to heal but to date and explore your horizons. find someone to go have fun with to get your mind off of him

JUST CUT OUT EVERY COMMUNICATION WITH HIM. IT'S NCE THAT U REALIZE U DON'T WANT TO BE UNDER ANYONE'S CONTROL. TELL HIM TO STOP BOTHERING U, IF U HAVE TO- LIE TO HIM, THAT U HAVE A NEW BOYFRIEND AND HE WILL CAUSE U TROUBLES. TELL HIM THAT IF HE REALLY LOVES U, THEN HE WILL LEAVE U TO LIVE UR LIFE AND BE HAPPY!!!
