I am sorry that I am so stupid as to have let you break my heart. Thank you for the life lesson. Sorry I ever met youre dumb butt. Sorry I ever laid eyes on you. Sorry youre still on th eplanet. Sorry you didnt break my heart sooner so I could have moved on sooner. Sorry you wont be invited to my weddin.

well first of all ask your selve why would you say sorry that have broken your heart? unless you did something back to that person and you degret it,,, well say it like you feel it in your heart because I can tellyou many things but that's not you,,,, so say what you feel and dont look back ,,if that person finds it on their heart to forgive you then it doesent matter how you say it ,they will forgive you,,,,, so dont be affraid and talk to this person that broke your heart,,,

why are you saying I'm sorry...I thought he broke your heart...unless you are the one breaking up with the other who did break your heart....Just say...I am sorry....but this is not going to work because my heart hurts too much and I dont want to live thru this over and over and over.....broken hearts hurt and for a LONG time.....you don't have to say you are sorry.....just say goodbye

I'm not sure why you'd want to apologize to a person who broke your heart. Since you seem to want to do so, though, a simple "I'm so sorry for ______________." You could do this in person, by email, or by sending a card to the person.
Just be sure to look at the pros and cons of contacting the person at all.

You just try. Tell them what you really feel. Be honest and try to keep in mind that things may not go as you hope. Be true to yourself and recognize that this is a big step for you even if it hurts. At least you know you tried, cant regret that you didn't.

YOU are not the one who must apologiuze-- the person who broke the heart should. In my case I am still waiting, and expecting NOTHING.

You don't. If he broke your heart, give him time to think about what he's done. "If you love someone, set them free. If they come back to you, then they're yours. If not, they never were." Hang in there and try not to dwell on the situation.
