I have received another one from the seller and it does the same thing. Neither one will play in my portable player or on my computer. On the computer the box opens with blank cd. On the portable player the screen remains blank and after a few minutes the dvd stops turning. I have no problems playing other dvd's on the computer or the portable. I have contacted the seller and they don't know what the problem could be either.

It could be one of two thing's: They were both blank CD's. or your systems do not have the appropriate software to run that lesson. I ran into this with a program that required Macromedia Shockwave Flash. I could not open the files on the disk until I had that program installed. If you can contact the seller, see it they can tell you what program runs the CD, then install it. Good luck!

after inserting the cd right click and click on properties when it says it has 4gb+ space , then they sold you a blank cd for the price of the "instructional video" you'd better return it
