Hotrats don't do their hair. They wear pontails. They are too busy on their back and on their knees.

For the same reasons that you wear your hair up---it's their choice! As far as it being a hoodrat style---I don't know anything about that because Im not one. I know "hoodrats" that wear their hair up, so does it mean that you are a hoodrat also???????

On the contrary, in recent years a LOT of young women have worn their hair up on a daily basis. WHY? 50 years ago a woman COULDN'T wear their hair down. And now young women are throwing away a hard-won freedom?

I think it is the sexiest.
Having longer hair is like a symbol of femininity to me.

Not everyone wears their hair down it depends on the occassion.I DONT SEE THE PROBLEM ANYWAY

Fashion. Haven't you noticed? One does it, they all do it. See it in a mag, copy it. No one tries to be different much anymore. They just try to be different like all the other 'different' people in their area!

why "does" everyone wear their hair down? It is supposedly more sexy. i personally can't stand it.I calways wear my hair in a ponytail or bun, it easy but you can always sex it up

Hair down is more sexy. It's feminine, and guys can run their hair through it.
