Looks like you are in the UK, if so The Gambia is cheap and in the same time zone, so no jet lag. You do have to take anti-malaria tabs though. If you don't fancy that, then you can usually get a deal for the Canary Islands if you shop around. Not necessary to buy a package for the Canaries, just a cheap flight and you can get accommodation separately.

some places in venezuela are over 35°C all year long! so you could go to the beach and spend xmas times drinking venezuelan rum by de sea!
