In a rather new relationship, during which we see each other 3 to 4 times per week, how long should I wait before asking her to go away for the weekend? I am ready to do that now, but do not want to act too soon. We have been together about six weeks and see each other roughly every other day.

aww ask her! It is so sweet that you are already thinking about going away with her! I feel that over a month is plenty long enough and if you get along well who cares how long you have been together. If she is into you I am sure she will say yes. Have fun!

Personally, I'd rather be asked for a weekend after at least 2 months! Being with someone for an extended period is difficult.....gota know MORE before you go!

Have you slept together yet? If you've spent the night, it's a good time to ask for a trip like that. The best way to test compatibility is to travel together.
