Anyone have any good ideas for a practical joke I can play on a co worker? He has already peirced my water bottle and changed the keys on my keyborad I want to get him back now!

I've got a few:
Take little dixie cups, cover his desk with them, staple them together and then fill them with water. Leave a straw in one, and to get rid of the cups, he'll have to drink all the water.
Wrap everything in his office with saran (plastic) wrap.
If you know computers, you can hook up the wire that normally goes to the flashing light for accessing your hard drive to the computer speaker so it beeps everytime they use the hard drive.
Do they have a cubicle? You can build very quickly and easily with 2x4's, the rest of the square and then wrap it with no way in.
Desk drawer.....line with a bag and fill with water and a couple of gold fish.
Name plates can be strategically moved around the office location, especially if it turns up on a stall in the women's washroom.

If he uses a water bottle with a sport top, put saran wrap under the cap. You could put a funny sticker (Gay pride or something like that) on his car on the passenger side or the back so it would take him a while to find it. You could twist his phone cord up so when he answers his phone, he doesn't have enough slack to get it to his face. Halloween is a great time of year to find fake spiders, rats, etc. to put in desk drawers, under a stack of papers on his desk, taped to his wall in the office, etc. Also from the Halloween theme, you could get the fake spider webs and cover the entrance to his office with it. Rig a catapult filled with paper holes from the hole puncher. Put it inside his middle desk drawer so that when he opens the drawer it will rain confetti on him. And hope he has a weak bladder so he'll pee on himself from the surprise. I have also rigged this above a door. Anyplace will do, really, use your imagination.

Put a thumb tack on his chair... or Put salt in his coffee... or Start a rumor about him/her (for ex: Tell the co workers that he's/she's afraid to come out of the closet) ... or glue something to his desk.
Have fun. I did the rumor one and I laugh for a whole week just to see the look on his face. Everybody knew except him/her.

Tape the receiver button on the (an) place of work telephone so whilst it rather is spoke back it keeps ringing. bypass the lunch room and turn the sprayer nozzle dealing with the consumer. Then tape the button down so whilst somebody turns the water on they get sprayed. do no longer overlook to get the "p.c. advertisements" for a sparkling job
