How much should i charge to hang shelving?

A simple shelf about 3' long, with standard 4 hole "L" brackets. I'm hanging 4 of them, and just wondering what I should charge...per foot? per unit?

It's a friend, so I know to charge full-price, or double. My time is as valuable as anyones

whats your time worth and is it a friend? Itll take you half hour if you do it right. 10-20 bucks

charge by time....15 an hour
