At a random moment during the day for the past week I will get this dizziness. It is strange. I can hear it in my ears almost like my ears are popping. Then it is like I can feel it in my head, it starts low and rises. It doesn't last longer than a couple of seconds. I was wondering if anyone had ever felt something like that before.

I felt that for a long while. Mine would last a little longer than what you say yours is, but wa sbasically the same. I had 3 MRI's, went to a vertigo clinic, neurologist, etc. They think I may have Multiple Sclerosis, but think it is very early onset and that I might not even get any more symptoms until I'm 60 (I'm 33 right now). Don't want to scare you, but it's not something to mess with! Go get checked out!

The human body gets many strange reactions at times. Some get it more then others. Your best bet is to look into a natural approach to diet and liestyle. To start ,get adequet rest and dont jump up from a sitting position.

I went on a diet a little while back - drinking a LOT of water and almost eliminating salt. I just about blacked out at work with almost identical symptoms. It turns out that I was flushing ALL the sodium out of my body. We must have salt (sodium) in our systems to function correctly. I added the normal amt of salt back into my diet and all is better. If not, please get ckd out by your doctor.
