i think of there are phonotactics regulations combating that. i understand of an Estonian be conscious that repeats an identical letter 4 situations, yet to be honest, they are 2 separate phonemes. you will not see 5 letters, or maybe 3, in a row in English any time quickly.

If there are, it'd be a loan word. I have seen a few in German with three letter in a row, but they are usually compound words.
