LOL. Man, I've read some really strange questions here, but this one is real close to topping them all. Yes, the Amish do use toilet paper.

UPDATE: Since there still seems to be some doubts, let me add that my wife spent her early childhood on a farm immediately next door to a larger Amish community. During that period, she played with, went to school with, ate meals with, and even got into occasional mischief with, the neighboring Amish children. She also, even though not Amish herself, regularly attended their religious services and community activities. And, yes, there was indeed toilet paper in their bathrooms, even within the church facilities.

By the way, she still has very fond memories of the time spent with her Amish friends and neighbors years ago. Today, she will quickly tell you that, even though their lifestyle is somewhat different, the people themselves are not that much so.

I'm not sure if they do or not. My guess would be no, they don't. They are considered by themselves to be "plain people", or "plain folk". What they would use instead, I have no clue. Mennonites, on the other hand, are a different sort. They use almost everything you and I do today. My guess also is, that you won't get an answer on here from them either since they don't believe in having electricity, much less a computer. However, some of their young people do leave the area and give up their beliefs, so maybe one could be on here who would answer this for you. I hope so.
