one of my friends in class just went completely numb on his left side and went to the nurse. what can it be?

He was just sitting in computer technology class, then said he couldn't feel the whole left side of his body (his face, arm adn leg too) does anyone know what it could possibly be? im worried about him! some of my other guy friends had to push him to the office on his rolling chair because he couldn't walk...

Take him to doctor asap. May be a blood vessel broke in his head.

tell him to go to the doctor might be a stroke
