I've lost 32 pounds since July, 2006 by using Stack Body Tune Up.

The best diet I have found to date, is no diet at all. You can't deprive yourself and truly stick to it. You can however, change your eating habits and make better choices. I cut down on my carbs...notice cut down not out. I cut way down on my sugar intake...including soft drinks of any kind. When I want something sweet, which is my weakness, I eat jello. Jello is a much better choice then chocolate cake and it is no where near as bad for you. I try to drink water with my meals. I exercise three to five times a week. That is how I lost 40 lbs and kept it off. I eat pretty much what I want, just limited portions of it, and I make better decisions.

If you want to loose excess weight,you need to modify your diet to some extent by cutting down on calories. But make sure that it is nutritious, or else it will only increase your appetite and make you feel hungry, when your main goal is trying to loose weight. Exercising regularly is equally important. For long term fat loss, the exercise program should consist of a combination of weight training and aerobic exercises. What works for me is living on 3 Lean Cuisines [or, whatever is on sale] a day until I reach my target.

also, I stay away from the house - otherwise I raid the fridge.

i am dieting since i was 16 many different ones but the one iam on now i thing is the best i ever tried its the CINCH PLAN i love it i loose inches bur fat while it keeps my muscles
