a wet nose is usually a sign of good health unless kitty is sneezing; then that means e has a cold. The bad breath? Coulb be that kitty has just finished eating. If not, check his teeth for plaque and tartar (looks similar to the plaque and tartar build-up in human teeth). Could be that kitty needs to have his teeth cleaned. If there is no tartar build up yet, then you just need to brush his teeth with a cat enzyme toothpaste (available in pet stores). DO NOT use human toothpaste. If there is significant tartar build up, you need to take kitty to the VET for teeth cleaning.

Not necessarily. It is normal for a cat's nose to be wet and they usually have bad breath depending on what they eat. Behavior is a better indication of being sick. Have their habits changed? Is the kitten eating and drinking water, etc.

Is the nose mucousy or just runny? According to my vet, a runny nose and/or white mucous is a sign of allergies, common in cats. However, if there is a green tint to it, it could be a sign of something worse. My Persian had a green runny nose, and the vet suspects a respiratory infection and put her on a round of antibiotics. If your cat is showing signs of an infection, take him/her to a vet right away, especially if you have other cats--it is highly contagious.
My cats have always had bad breath; it's normal. If it is especially bothersome, you can buy a special cat toothbrush and toothpaste and clean his/her teeth herself, or you can have a vet do a professional cleaning. Make sure you are feeding your cat dry, crunchy food or treats to scrape the plaque off. Hope this helps!

no. a cats nose is usually wet and the bad breath thing could just be the type of cat food. but if it is REALLY bad you might take the kitten to the vet to make sure

Grossest thing i've ever smelled ) and he is always rubbing up his wet nose on me, which isn't as fun in the middle of the night, when i have to get up for work, But love him anyways .

a wet nose means they're healthy, not sick. And all cats have stinky breath. it's probably from the food you give it.

If it's a runny nose, it could be a cold. Also, ask your vet for products that will help with a cat's bad breath.
