No! Your two males dogs are fighting each other for top status in the house. Obviously they do not think YOU are the pack leader.
I have an intact male and he has never peed in the house like that. He knows I would rip his penis off if I caught him doing it in the house. Don't get me wrong, I love my dog, but there is no question on who is in charge of the house.
I would enzymatically clean the pee spot, and crate the dogs when you can't supervise them, and if you catch one of them doing it, scare the crap out of him by yelling or tossing a can with pennies in it at him. I would also start taking them to obedience classes to reinforce that you rule the house.

The question is unnecessary. Every dog owned by a human, and cat for that matter, should be castrated as soon as possible unless it has been bought purely for stud purposes.
Castrating male dogs makes them bearable to live with. It will get rid of the humping, spraying, and all those other totally unwanted things intact male dogs do, as well as preventing the possible creation of dozens of other unwanted dogs.
There is no need to live with a dog that has not been spayed.

Well when a dog gets castrated it reduces their hormone production. So they wont make much testatorone. So in some cases yes it does stop dogs from marking thier territory. Also buy getting them neutered male dogs can live longer and healthier lives they are less likeley to develop different types of Cancers and also if one day they happen to run away you dont have to worrie about people trying to use them for breeding purposes.

The answer is maybe. In a lot of cases, you can get them to stop marking after a neuter.
If this has been going on for quite a while, then they probably won't stop.
