Squeeze Heinz salad cream on it, some rosemary, a little lemon, black pepper, wrap in foil, bake in the oven till it's ready. You could also add whole cherry tomatoes.

I'm not too crazy for salmon but I have found two recipes that I really like and it has never come out dry. These recipes have helped me eat salmon because I know it is very healthy. One is Ginger Salmon and the other is Pesto Salmon. Both are super easy to make. There is a third recipe for Maple Glazed Salmon with Pineapple salsa that I haven't tried yet but it sounds good. I've looked at each of the recipes and the salmon bakes in the oven each time for between 10 and 20 minutes for fillets that weigh about 1/2 pound. But i do know that if you keep an eye on it, it should be done once the color changes which is simple to see. If you want to check out the recipes they are at the site below:

Leave the skin on one side... place in tin foil, and place some butter (or oil) on top. Add 2 or 3 thin slices of lemon. Then feel free to add whatever herbs/spices you'd like, and wrap the salmon with the tin foil. Wrap it tightly so when you flip it, none of the juices will leak out. You'll need to actually curl the seam (or roll the seam) along the length of the fillet.
Cook the salmon on the grill (or in the oven) for about 5-7 minutes per side, and then open the tin foil and see if it is done enough,
This method ensures a very moist and tender meal.

The easiest way to cook salmon on the grill is to leave the skin on and close the grill's cover. The protective skin will become crisp as the dome reflects heat, cooking the salmon from above and beneath.
Steps
Preheat your gas or charcoal grill to medium heat.
Brush the skin-sides of the salmon pieces with olive oil, then place them skin-side-down on a well-oiled grill grate.
Cover the grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. If any of the salmon pieces are cooking too quickly, move them to a cooler part of the grill. Continue cooking 5 to 7 minutes longer.
Top the grilled salmon with butter and lemon juice or your favorite sauce.
Tips & Warnings
Leave skin on fish. The skin holds layer of fat next to meat, and adds flavor and juiciness to salmon.
Marinate for 1 hour before cooking, if desired.
Avoid overcooking fish.
enjoy

Rub some soy sauce and cumin into both sides, and then fry with NO oil in a non-stick frying pan. Do one side for 3 mins, don't move it around during this time. Slice up some spring onions, and when you turn the salmon over, throw in the spring onions and cook for another 3 mins. Lovely with butternut squash mash...

DO NOT DO IT, I made the mistake of MURDER myself, in 1999 and into 2000 I use to go in and pay the "hitman" for such murdered "steaks" and well I WAS GROSS..... I can only suggest that you use other products which are more in tune with a real healthy human who can LOVE, I mean really love ~ there is a product type known as "seiten" which is not really that wide spread today so it may be hard for you to find in your area......but you can make your own.
(there are many herbs and spices which one can use..and so as to say)
OLD MAN ~ I am sorry for the murder which I propositioned to you.
Salmon~ I am sorry for the pain which I caused you.

Steamed with lemon. Or smoked at home over wood chips in a wok with metal grill over the pan. Just heat the pan up and wait til the heat is good and a small ammount of smoke is getting to salmon. Leave over gentle heat for twenty minutes. But steamed with lemon is easier and less likely to set off fire alarms..... Sorry fire chief!!!!!!!
