King Fortis the Brave by LaMontagne and Snyder. About a pair of twins that are pulled into a magical world where they get caught in the middle of the battle for control of the land. Full of action and humor, I found it a book I couldn't put down.

To Kill a Mockingbird is a good one and so is Lord of the Flies. Look for a list of Newberry Award winning books. I read I think 25 of them one year to win a contest in school and they were all worth the read.

They say the Bible read thouroughly is better than a colledge education and that the beganing of wisdom is the fear of God weel the old testiment will surely give you that to fear God's wrath. That is also what I have found. But also for horror I found Clive Barkers-"RawHead Rex" very scary Fantasy "Fey Princess" and Edgar Rice Burrough's "Tarzan"
