If you're talking about the 3 days on & 4 days off where you eat eggs, cheese, veggies, tuna, meat and stuff like that. My husband and I did it and it worked very well. You just have to make sure that you eat healthy on the 4 days off. I also worked out too and it helped more then my husband who didn't work out, but he still lost a good amount of weight. Good Luck

No a three day diet is not good long term, in the short term it can help you fit into a pair of pants but you will probably gain the weight back as fast as you lost it. The best type of diet is a blend of low fat and low carb, keeping carbs up in the daytime and stop having them six hours before bed time.

3 days? even if it's 3 days, it won't work. even 1 week also cannot change a thing. better exercise. as i saying, after u diet for 3 days, u feel hungry again and have to diet again, so better don't and it's no good.

I don't think you should try three day diet or one week diets. Use a long term diet where you limit yourself to no more than 2,000 calories (1600 calories is advisable). You don't have to starve. Increase your raw food (lettuce, cauliflower, brocolli, carrots, not tomatoes) intake. Don't drink too much soda.

This is the only diet that will work if you use long term.

Diet is good. But you have to do it the right way. If you want to be healthy then do it the natural way. Have you ever heard of Naturopathic Medicine(NM). This is now widely accepted in the medical field. NM uses natural product like vegetable, fruits and herbs to repair your body from any ailments and maintains your body to be healthy. NM teaches you the proper way of combining, preparing and using natural products. NM helped me and my family with our ailments and it did work. Better than taking any medication that will damage your organ and do more harm. I am going to give you a best site for a naturopathic consultation, its www.design2heal.com. That site helped and changes our lives and body for the better. If you know somebody that needs help, pass this information to them. You might save a friend or a love one's life.

If it's taken you years to put on the weight you wish to lose, do you really think that a diet lasting three days is going to work?

Of course not!

If you _were_ to lose any weight it would only be fluid, and you'd put that back on three days after stopping your magic diet. There's only one way to lose weight, namely, take in less energy than you expend. (= Eat less, exercise more. Simple!)

Not sure.

I used the "snake" diet when I was in college because I never had too much cash.

This entailed eating one larger meal once a day.

all you can lose in three days is water weight.. and the havoc you can reek on your body can cause you to gain more weight when you get off the diet.. the ONLY healthy way to lose weight and the ONLY way to insure it stays off is threw PROPER, WELL BALANCED NUTRITION AND EXERCISE!!!
