I do it when I see grey hairs, but you're not supposed to pull all your grey hairs at once, because since grey hairs are more wiry than regular hairs, you'll get the porcupine effect (a bunch of equal-length greys sticking out of your head).

People say that it will only make more come back. I say, so what? I'll pull those out too : ) Only pull them out in an emergency situation, like you are at work and about to go into a meeting and one is practically waving at you in the mirror. Otherwise brush your hair a little differently and get some color in there asap.

Leave it be , unless you like the bald look. See a doctor, at times certain mineral deficiencies cause hair to turn grey. It might even be in your genes / maybe it's just age catching up.

Don't. common belief is that the number of grey will increase exponentially. Why take a risk. Instead go for color whether henna or some permanent color

It's okay. But, eventually, you won't be able to keep up. I did the same thing for a while. If I kept doing it, I'd have to pull out half my hair.

Pull if you want. It won't do any harm. But.... you are going to continue to get more gray as time goes by. If you don't want your gray strands to show, high light your hair or color it your natural color.
