What can I eat for a really filling breakfast. But I need easy suggestions. I do not have time in the morning to make a whole meal. Is there anything I can maybe prepare the day before or stuff for the week. I hate coming to work and not feeling full enough to wait till lunch. Thanks.

You need to have a good protein source, which will fill you up and keep your hunger down. Eating carbs like cereal or toast has no value and does not fill you up. Make hard-boiled eggs to take to work. Cottage cheese, peanut butter or nuts, hunks of cheese or meat are good choices for breakfast, perhaps with a piece of fruit, some whole-wheat crackers or even some sliced vegetables.

How about all those frozen meals? You can pop those into the microwave/toaster and get ready for work. Then eat just before you leave. Or, take it with you and eat on the road like all those other idiots that I see weaving all over the place.

Yogurt and a banana or any fruit you like.
Hot oatmeal, toast, juice.
Cold cereal with fruit.
Peanut butter and jelly on toast, juice.
Cheese sandwich,fruit.
I have little time in the morning but, I like to eat healthy. Add protein to stay satisfied longer. Just add juice, milk or whatever you like.

You can have cereal, milk n cereal bars, Koshi bars, and other breakfast bars. Oatmeal and fruit are good too. I think fruit would be the best. You could grab 2 or 3 bananas on your way out.
