No, this is not possible- but it will eat through the tooth and continue into the gums. This can eventually lead to death, in fact. I guess eventually after death it could continue it's path and eat straight through.

It is not possible for a cavity to eat thru your check, but it is possible that the byproducts caused from a deep cavity (ie infection) can cause hard and soft tissue damage. If the infection eats away to much of the bone, facial fractures due to trauma are also more likely.

No. It will only eat a hole in the tooth. The tooth can decay and die and you can get an abscess in your gum, but nothing is going to eat a hole in your neck/cheek.

no. infection can eat through the bone and gum tissue adjacent to the tooth. if someone has a hole in their cheek, i would think cancer first.
