Not sure if you are in a committed relationship or not. This works best if you are, but I don't see where it wouldn't work otherwise. I recommend reading: Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler (www.tcoyf.com) It takes more work than popping a pill everyday, but it's natural so you don't have all of those extra hormones running around. You either A) don't have sex on your fertile days or B) make sure you use extra protection during this time like a condom (should be using one anyways), spermicide, etc...

have you tried the ova ring yet? it's new...it's this ring that you place up in your vagina area, but the thing that I couldn't figure out is how it stays up there, but you may want to try that. I would say the patch, but my skin kept breaking out from it and I got clots from the new yaz pill. So talk to your doctor about other methods. Good luck

There are many types of birth control out there now...even ones that make it so you don't have a period but every three months..check with your gyn dr....
Remember birth control helps to not have unwanted children, but there are risks with every type of birth control.
Be safe USE A CONDOM
