I woke up really dizzy and felt like i was going to puke, but i didnt. and i had the sweats to a little bit. what could it mean. i was so dizzy that i couldnt hardly walk. it lasted for 5 - 10 minutes.

Sorry, I don't have the answer but have been feeling strangely the same way for a long time. As if on board ship...acting like Captain Jack Sparrow. I am still feeling that way sitting down, head swimming, also difficulty focusing mentally. I was headed to a clinic today but am putting it off until tomorrow because of lacking energy.
I have been trying to figure it out but can't. Please let us know if you find more info.

It could be tons of stuff. Low blood sugar, vertigo, the flu, inner ear infection, you're pregnant, even reactions to certain medications, menopause. Without knowing your sex and age, its a little difficult to tell you that. And of course, you could have just gotten up too fast and it caused your blood pressure to drop quickly. If you're concerned, go see your doc and have it checked. If its passed and does it again tomorrow morning, definately go get checked out.

the nausea probably caused the sweats - you could have low blood sugar - have u eaten? you could be pregnant? diabetes? feel better - good luck!

Classic vertigo symptoms.
Could be due to an inner ear infection, or blocked eustachian tube.
See a doctor please.
