There aren't any particular foods that will cause you to gain weight in certain areas. It's mainly up to your parents and your genetics. Fat stores can be higher in one area than another. The best way to solve the problem isn't by eating certain foods, although a healthy diet could help. If you have a problem with being too big in the buttocks then you should try to work out that particular area along with some form of daily cardio. If it's too small then you can also increase your muscle mass by exercising that area, although too much cardio will keep you from seeing quick results when building. Also to build muscle eat plenty of protein. You should do that no matter what your goals are, but the protein has all the essential amino acids and will allow you to build a stronger body. If you're scared of gaining muscle remember that you can stop or slow down anytime. Also, 1 pound of muscle helps to burn 50 calories more each day!

All foods can cause weight gain at every part of your body. Genetics account for the reason some people gain weight in certain places, more so than others. However, if you are looking to increase the size of your money maker (thighs come along with this too though) eat alot and sit around. That should do it, alothough it's also a good way to become obese.

There are no certain foods that cause weight gain in a specific area. When you gain weight, it will go all over, but especially to where you have a tendency to gain weight (which is probably the same places Mom and Grandma had a tendency to gain weight). All that you can do besides liposuction is to maintain a good weight and do some toning exercises to tone the muscles, but you will still basically have the same figure.

hmm... so you're saying there are foods that specifically collect in certain parts of your body? I'm sure scientists would love to hear about this, because as far as I know, there aren't any foods that specifically choose to make you gain weight in say, oh, your big toe, or behind your knee. Interesting.

Any fatty food can cause you to gain weight, your body just decides where it wants to put the weight, wheather in your stomach, butt, thighs, arms, where ever. The food doesn't matter.

I would ask your doctor. You dont want to eat foods that you are bad for you because then you get extra elsewhere. I am thinking maybe more grains and good carbs but I would first ask your GP. You dont even have to make an appt. You can call your office and ask to speak to a nurse. They are great for just asking questions! :)
good luck

any foods can cause weight gain in that region, and not to mention lack of exercise will cause weight gain there as well.

Anyfood that causes weight can in the rest of your body too...........fattening food does not target one part of the body to gain weight.
if your booty is large and getting larger then its presumably your genetics that is causing it to grow faster than say your belly.
Go on a diet and exercise.
