You can double your water intake. If you drink 4 glasses a day...drink 8 instead. Also, double your vegetable intake...make sure that whatever meat or starch portion that you have is half the size or less of your vegetables. Eat a salad with both dinner and lunch...try to stick to your bagged or basic lettuce salads. You can add things, but be careful...use an Italian dressing as well. They tend to be under 50 calories per serving. Kraft has a good one called Roasted Red Pepper Italian with only 35 calories per serving. Doing these things will definitely start to impact your body and you will start to see results soon. If you are not big on exercise...start small. Walk for 20 minutes three times a week. If you have access to a gym hit the elliptical for 40 minutes. Last but not least...Switch to wheat bread and brown rice.

The quickest way is to start running. Not a lot, but at least 3 miles a day, minimum. The weight it'll just begin to fall off you. Try to drink plenty of Gatorade and water too, and no snacking. Just 3 good meals, and your daily run.
2 months is plenty of time, if you get serious, and don't give in to the immediate temptation to be slack!

Exercise and a healthy diet. You want to go with cardiovascular exercise to burn more calories.
But, you can't just go from no exercise to heavy exercise, you have to start out moderately, which means it may take some time before you see noticeable results.
Also, drink lots of water, not only is it great to be hydrated, but it makes you feel full. Don't drink too much - that can be as bad as not enough. Generally 6-8 8-oz glasses a day.

Drink lots of water it will flush your system and also help you to feel full. Be sure to drink water before you eat. Watch what you eat. Cut down on sweets and fatty foods and eat lots of veggies and fruit and eat smaller portion sizes. Don't skip meals. You'll just feel hungry and deprived and be more likely to binge. And if you really have to have something sweet, just have a small portion.

better food choices, lower calories and more exercise. Do that and you should start losing weight. At 2 months, you should safely only lose 15-18 pounds so I hope you do have a goal to lose more than that.
