i think some of you took this question too seriously when you thought i was actually asking if the caps lock really makes you holier.

It doesn't make you holier than anyone else. It just helps bring out a certain point that you're trying to get across from the rest of what you wrote. Do you feel less holy when someone types words in caps?

properly, if i'm basically capatilizing one element, like the I in I, then i do no longer use it. in spite of the shown fact that, if i'm typing LIKE THIS, I in many situations use Caps Lock. honestly, I constantly initiate off doing it with Shift, yet then i'm getting lazy and understand that doing it with Caps Lock is plenty extra handy, lol.

No I rarely use caps-lock unless its to stress a specific point, and I do so sparingly. Same goes for the exclamation points... use only when needed and dont use all the time.

I would rather see all caps than those people who change the spelling of words! I don't get when people type 'kewl' I mean you haven't saved any effort you still typed four letters!

get a grip just because people capitalize a few letters don't make them any holier or smarter than any one else.people are just trying to get there point across.

i do it if i'm trying to stress something like thank you and i'm not a holy roller or an ******. but usually i'm lazy and just use all lower case. but i always make sure that my spelling is correct and that whatever i type makes sense. i hate that when they try to ask a question that i can't understand.

Maybe they don't know that typing in all caps is considered to be shouting? Or maybe they do know and they are doing it deliberately? In either case, I wouldn't make a connection between typing style and holiness.

No, it just makes them appear louder than anybody else.

I wonder if the people who do this know they are "shouting" in internet-speech?

NO, WE ARE SIMPLY TRYING TO SHARE ARE POINT OF VIEW, THE CAPS AND EXCLAMATION POINTS GIVE EXTRA EMPHASIS ON A WORD OR PHRASE!!!! PERHAPS, IF YOU UNDERSTOOD THE TRUTH, THAT JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONLY WAY TO HEAVEN, WE WOULD NOT HAVE TO CONTINUE TO EMPHASIZE ARE WORDS!!!!!!!
