I had real problems with my sinuses a couple of years ago. Really bad some days and in the end I had a course of acupuncture. It cleared it up and it hasn't come back since. Didn't think it would work when I first tried it but I can't deny its worked

Get a referral from your doctor or make an appointment with an ear, nose, and throat specialist. If there is a problem with your sinuses, that will be the best way to resolve it. An ENT will also be able to recommend the best remedies to keep your sinuses clear.

Yeah. I know how you feel. Had the problem for years and maybe some form of surgery would be the only way to totally eradicate it? Meanwhile, stay clear of smokey areas or anything, which may aggrevate the condition and for short-term (up to eight hours) relief of headaches and nasal clearance, try Vicks Sinex or Otrivine sprays.
Good luck.

There could be several reasons for it. You could be allergic to dust, from which you cannot escape at all. Whatever it is, you need to be referred to a specialist (like ENT) but only your GP can make that referral. However, your GP will probably have to put you through some tests first, before he makes the referral. The waiting list to be seen by a specialist varies from area to area but I think it could be something like 6-8 weeks.

A course of acupuncture is definitely worth a try. Or see a homeopath. Conventional medicine has no easy cure for this. Nasal sprays give only temporary relief and a washout is pretty unpleasant (and often only temporary again)

Try to boil some water in a pot, take it from the stove ,
grab a towel, and inhale the hot steam from the boiling water
by covering your head with the towel over the pot.
Repeat several times.

Try an over the counter nose spray. If that does not help your sinuses then I would go see your doctor.
