I've cut my thinking that it would all grow even, but the short part never grow out.I also have liver damage from gallstone and I was wondering if that could be part of the problem or what can I use or do to sovle the problem?

the chemicals in perm solutions can damage your hair. First you need to stop using the chemicals. Then have your blood pressure checked regularly, and elevated blood pressure can cause hair loss as well.

you could have an allergic reaction to the perm solution, or if your on medication that could have a reaction. your hairdresser should have explained to you and given you advise or tried either the acid or alkaline perm depending on what solution she is using now. if you still got the irritation try another way of of getting the curl while seeking medical attention.
