What if you have a secret that your partner doesnt know about.If you tell them,you could definately lose that person.But you know that the truth is the right thing.This secret could definately come out eventually.What would u do?Lie or tell the truth and risk the chance of losing your one true love?An example could be cheating on that person.

As the person from the other side of your scenerio I suggest you tell the truth. I was hurt more because the man I love didn't tell me he had messed up and had lied lie after lie for a year and a half about it. If your relationship is in jeopardy already because of the secret that is going to come out eventually, you might as well tell him. Then at least you can have a clean conscious and it won't be easy. If he really feels what you do for him then he will be hurt but willing to talk it through and work on it. If you feel you have a strong relationship with him then telling the truth can make it stronger because he will know you are not being sneaky. Guys hate games just as much as we do. Lots of luck.

Tell them....if there's a chance the truth will come out anyway, it's better to tell him yourself now. You'll look like a double asshole when the truth comes out and he finds out what you did plus lied about it!

Tell the truth. It will hurt the other person but at least you may be able to work it out. A lie is almost always unforgivable..........

There is nothing i need to hide from my guy. I tell him everything. Sometimes it takes longer then others if I am worried about his response. But I don;t cheat and that is the only thing he would leave me over.

i had your situation, any problem that arose i told my boyfriend but when i told him a guy put a hickey (we didnt have sex) he broke up with me and i saw that as a lesson, if i have a secret that can threaten my relationship, i keep it to myself, but if it comes to the point you gonna explode and you have tell him, well do it, its up to you, look in your heart, it will tell you what you should-for better or worst.
