First of all, fruits like blueberries are great, lots of water helps too.

Secondly you HAVE to eat more than once a day. This is so bad for you. You arent getting enough food and your body is HANGING on to all it gets. This is called starvation mode so your body wont let you lose weight until you eat a proper diet.
Choose foods like oatmeal, a bagel, boiled egg, toast (wheat) for breakfast,
Some kind of salad with meat in it for lunch, a good sandwich (wheat bread), veggies, cottage cheese, fruit
THese are just examples but you have to eat well when you excercise especially because your body needs replenishment!
Hands and legs I would not worry about. When you do cardio excercise you lose pounds all over...once you are established then you can do hand weights at home and get some muscle definition.
Good luck and please listen to the other good tips..eating once a day wont get you anywhere! :)

Try having 8 litres of water everyday .. Chill .. Ya, It is EIGHT .. Try it .. You may not be able to have that much of water right from the first day, your capacity wud slowly increase with time .. This is the best way to keep you skin moisturised and flush out toxins .. Have as much as boiled vegetables as u can .. Have fruits too .. Avoid oily, fatty, fried, spicy foods, fast foods, any food that is not pleasant .. Do not wash your face very frequently .. 3-4 times a day will do even if u got oily skin .. Go natural as far as possible, nature has everything perfectly planned .. Sad to see it being destroyed/disturbed by advancement in technology tho .. If u already have some blemishes, apply natural packs like fresh fruit/vegetable packs depending on the type of blemishes you have, consult a good beautician for this .. Take daily skin and hair care till they get really good .. You can slowly reduce the care frequency to alternate days & then to twice a week .. This wud do as u wud be having a healthy diet .. Almond oil and olive oil massage is good for skin and hair .. Say "NO" to any product that contains chemicals .. Try making vegetable/fruit/any other pack all by yourself at home ..

What do you want me to say...blood letting helps to reduce weight? You need to stay healthy by eating right...once a day may not give you what your body craves.
I am sorry if don't have the answer for losing those last nagging pounds (if that is the problem). Drink more water to feel full....but you needs a certain amount of nutrients to stay healthy.
OK.. now for your smooth clear skin. This could be an allergy problem, or you may have low blood pressure. Many health problems can cause skin problems.
Go see your doctor.

First of all, you need to eat healthy. Drink plenty of water. Stay away from fatty foods, sugar, and soda. This will not only keep you healthy, but in doing so your skin should be clearer. Also, cleaning of your face with special face cleaners is important. The end result will be losing weight also. Remember weight did not come on in a short time, so don't be impatient, it will come off. Take care.

You should eat more than one meal a day. Eat fruit and vegetables. Drink planty of water and exersice regularly. I know this answers obvious but it's easier said than done.
