I have this hairstylists and we flirt alot back and forth but I have no idea her age. I asked her this last time if she went out much and she said yes but did not elborate on where to. I think she really wants to go out but how do you hit on someone that probably get asked out all the time and have respect about her age.

some times you just need to come flat out and ask her or you will miss your opp and if she is into you then she will let you know. just remember that she is a hairstylist and it is her job to make people feel comfortable so find out is it just casual talk or playful flirting good luck

After doing your hair, ask her if you can call her sometime. Get her number and that same evening, call her and ask her out to dinner. Then find out what she likes, her interests and plan the dates accordingly. This is a respectful way of doing it.

Careful man! A lot of tip oriented professions from hair stylist to bar tender get bigger tips the more "flirty" they are. Been burned there before.

it is her job to be nice to you, that is how she gets the tips, don't push it. If she wasn't willing to give more info when you first asked her then let it be for awhile.
