i like this guy and he knows that i like him but i don't know how to talk to him and what can i say??????????

Ask him a question that takes more than just a one word answer. Something about what he does, likes, etc. Then from the answer, formulate another question. It might be a good idea to practice this a couple of times with a friend until you get the hang of it. Once you get it mastered, you will have absolutely no problems talking with anyone. I do it every day.
