I don't see why not, just cook it longer. And remember the finished product has to have an interior temp. of atleast 165. I do it all the time on my regular grill, just the boneless tho, not the whole chicken. But same thing applies, cook to temp. for safety reasons.

I wouldn't recommend it. You wouldn't get the inside done before the outside got really dark.
Suggestion: Defrost the chicken in the microwave. Keep an eye on it, defrost it slowly so it doesn't get rubbery and then grill it on the George.

never ever cook chicken from frozen in any way. Let it defrost over night then cook it.

Nah, it won't kill you. Just be sure they are the boneless skinless breasts that are individually frozen and kinda flat to begin with.
