When I was kissing my girlfriend (dating 2 years already), I put my hand under her shirt then she grabbed my hand and put it on her shirt to feel her. How come she doesn't feel comfortable me touching her under her shirt?

She may not be ready for that much physical intimacy. Be patient with her and follow her lead. Don't rush into anything.
