Sorry I do not know how to cook. LOL, by the way, I hate chicken and poultry ... I am like a half-vegetarian since I do eat seafood.

However, my mum normally stir-fries the chicken with button mushrooms and serves it as meal with rice. My family members kinda eat the dish without any complains. Though, I still think to get the best chicken recipe, KFC has it (yummy!) ... any ways of getting them??

Buy a whole chicken to roast slit the skin on the top about 2 inches and carefully put garlic and butter in and rub it around abit, it gives the chickena lovely flavour, you can also pop a few slices of lemon but don't rip the skin much or it will all run out. Then roast according to guide lines mmmmmmmmmmmm delious

Try this: in the oven with sliced fennel and carrots. Some oil and cumin on the chicken and sliced onions. Cover it with foil for about an hour depending on size and if you want it a little crunchy, take the foil off for the last 10-15 minutes.

If cooking a roast then cook the chicken upside down so that the breast remains succulent. I dig a knife in the skin and put garlic cloves in the hole thats left and rub the skin in lemon oil.

Chicken breasts are great stuffed with smoked bacon and small amount of mature cheese, it leaks out if too much, with black pepper.

I't doesn't matter what pieces you use. Chicken is great and easy. Wash your chicken season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin and poultry season. Put in a foiled lined roasting pan, put in oven on 350 and cook till tender. Time depends on portions.

Chicken breasts (pound to flatten a bit), put a soft cheese (preferably Boursin), wrap in Parma ham -- or similar, put in roasting dish with lots of garlic cloves and rosemary stems, add some decent quality olive oil, bake for about 25 minutes on 200 -- lovely with roast potatoes.

i've got a really easy baked chicken for you. use boneless skinless chicken breasts. sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried parsley and a little cayanne powder on both sides. put some water and olive oil in the bottom of the pan. you can add potatoes or carrots too. bake at 350 for approx 45 minutes.
