What happens when you drink too much alcohol?

I mean, like when you get really really drunk. I know about how it can affect pregnancy, but what else can it do?

Drinking too much causes drunkenness and all symptoms I know you've heard of (impaired judgment, lowered inhibitions, slurped speech and SO on). It also causes stomach irritation (thus vomiting and upset stomach) and dehydration (headache). If drinking continues it can cause black out (where the conciseness is impaired, you continue doing stuff, but can't remember afterward). But worse of all it can lead to alcohol poisoning, which is comma, if your blood sugar level drops too low. If not taken to a hospital for glucose injection and hydration can lead to immediate death. Cirrhosis and other chronic liver conditions develop over extended periods of time of elevated alcohol consumption (say 30 years getting waited every week, or drinking 4 beers every day. You can actually die from alcohol poisoning. It can give you brain damage, can cause you to do really stupid stuff like get behind the wheel of a car and kill someone or yourself. Why would you want to get drunk anyway. My late husband was an alcoholic in his 20's caused him brain damage. My boyfriend used to be an alcoholic caused him to lose his jobs, my mother used to be an alcoholic and that caused a distance between her and I. Don't even start to drink and you won't have to deal with the consequences.

liver damage you can die from drinking to much this is alot but people have done it before and other stuff you can do is injure yourself get sick for a couple of days get arrested lose stuff and on and on the way i keep safe is just drink to get a buzz not sick and spinning dizzy drunk i grow out of that a long time ago

It causes face to meet pavement...... Check out some subjects on fetal alcohol syndrome. It is a really horrible thing to do to an innocent infant.

u get drunk, slur your speach and fall over and get dehydrated in the moening

if its habitual drinking it can cause scorosis of the liver ,give you a jaundiced look about you, dy out your skin ,age your looks, waste all your money, mke you forgetfull
