I've been baptized already in a catholic church, now i just need to make my confirmation...Someone told me before how to do it, I can't remember because I was young. Do I just go to my priest or bishop, or do I have to go through a seminar or retreat?

Depending on your age, there are classes you have to go through. Children (up to high school) go through a CCD like class to prepare them for Christ. Adults go through RCIA, which covers the same things. THe classes are made to help you understand the Catholic faith better. Talk to your priest.

you have to have made your first holy communion as well, you have to do these in order, the sacraments. go to a catholic information center or church and request the info. you dont need to do a retreat, just take classes for a few months and thats it, then your ready to be confirmed in mass, my husband is catholic but for some reason wasnt confirmed, and to get married he had to go through the classes. i think that the bishop does confirm you, but you dont need to consult him , talk to your priest.

IF you have not accepted Jesus as your savior, none of what you are doing in the church will get you into heaven. Your being bapatized is just getting your self wet for nothing if you have not accepted Jesus as the one who died on the cross for your sins. The catholic church does not teach salvation through accepting Jesus as your savior. I am a former catholic, and was hell bound until I accepted Jesus as my savior.

You are just going through motions that are only set up by a church who does not teach or obey the word of God. Pick up a KJV bible and start reading it for yourself, and your future in the kingdom of God. Dont' died lost and with out Jesus in your life.
